Simplify shapely
Webb29 apr. 2014 · Shapely finds the intersection point of the bowtie, but only keeps the top-right portion. Looking for a workaround, I tried reversing the order of my points. Surprisingly (to me), the same top-right portion of the bowtie was still the one kept. I don't understand. Any help appreciated. WebbAuthor. Andreas Fabri. This package allows to simplify polylines with the guarantee that the topology of the polylines does not change. This can be done for a single polyline as well as for a set of polyline constraints in a constrained triangulation. The simplification can be controlled with cost and stop functions.
