And sleeping 55 to 65. Now I take ADHD meds my resting is 80 too 100 and chores about 110. But my sleeping is 80 and my HRV level 8. Breathing 12. Going by the pedi rule, the pt would have to void 900cc in a 12 hour shift. Going by the adult rule of 30cc/hr, 360cc worth of void in a shift would suffice.
