Lithographic processing
WebPreparation of mild lithography masks. Fig. 1 shows the sequence of the individual process steps of our novel mild lithographic approach for patterning 2D materials by a mask transfer process. In a first process step, the desired mask pattern is prepared on a sacrificial substrate, a silicon wafer. WebThe litho-laminating process can be sub-divided into three main types - inline, offline, and sheet to sheet. Some litho-laminating equipment can also be used for stand-alone single-face corrugated production or sheeting. The capabilities of any litho-laminating line will depend on the exact configuration of units included.

Webprocessing on 600 x 600mm2 panel over 300mm diameter wafer The tables demonstrate the productivity advantage of exposing on rectangular substrates versus circular wafers. In panel processing, the number of exposures per panel increases due to the larger area of the panel and processed panels per hour are less then processed wafers per hour. WebPhotolithography is a subclass of microlithography, the general term for processes that generate patterned thin films. Other technologies in this broader class include the use of steerable electron beams, or more rarely, nanoimprinting, interference, magnetic fields, or scanning probes.
