WebOtherwise go 4k. I have similar card (3090) and on ultra 1440p + dlss Q with ultra ray tracing (not overdrive) I have stable 60FPS. DLSS in cyberpunk is well implemented so it boosts FPS a lot and looks good. I use DLSS Q with sharpening 0.75. Try it yourself but with 3080Ti I would stick to DLSS Quality (or alternatively balanced if you use 4k).
