WebJan 27, 2024 · The ML regions exhibit the well-known WSe 2 and WS 2 A exciton (X A) peaks at 1.66 and 2.006 eV, respectively [ 37 ]. While in the case of the HBL region, the same characteristic ML peaks are clearly identified but are slightly red shifted due to the change in the dielectric environment as discussed above.
