Maybe as much as 1-3C where you see a block not tight. WebOnly after I noticed my cpu cooler had one screw that was a tiny bit tighter than the others (noticed one screw not flush on the back of the mobo). After that, problem was solved. I'm guessing having a tiny bit more pressure on one part of the CPU can cause poor contacts with the motherboard, and sometimes it will lock up the pc.
