WebRecieved the tap on 6/9/14 and try to arrange a free installation appointment with Brita. Brita adviser tell me to wait for the plumber's call. I wait for 2 weeks, no one call. I call the call centre again , the advisor redirect to another line and wait for 15 minutes, no one answered. I believed I have to give up. Poor service from Brita.
